IBM + Apple Partnership | Retail – Sales Assist | Boots

The UK based health and beauty retailer, Boots, wanted to focus on enhancing their omni-channel strategy. They reached out to the IBM + Apple Alliance to get assistance with expanding their in-store ordering service, Order & Collect, which allows customers access to any product available at Boots from any store. Utilizing the Sales Assist app as a base, the Boots and Alliance teams customized the app to Boots’ brand and omni-channel approach. This prototype was developed to illustrate how the app could take the Order & Collect business model to a new level.

The My OU Finances app helps students understand the basic and specific OU student loan processes. This prototype was created to show how students can easily access loan information, maintain existing loans, and get new loans via a connected network that includes OU, state and federal loan services. They can also get help from OU through a chatbot that provides pertinent loan information. The app provides an unparalleled experience that assists students by simplifying and guiding them through the complex student loan process and furnishing essential information.
